Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Scientist specializing in Measurement Technology Algorithmics, focusing on advancing technology solutions for major clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and executing the development of complex measurement processes, particularly within interferometric metrology. A core function involves the creation, rigorous testing, and optimization of algorithms for critical evaluation and calibration procedures, followed by their implementation into manufacturing environments. Candidates must hold a Master's degree (or equivalent, preferably a PhD) in Physics or Mathematics, coupled with strong programming proficiency in Python, MATLAB, VBA, and VBS. Essential technical knowledge includes deep expertise in optics, optical metrology, data analysis, and image processing.
