Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious Technical Support Manager eager to bridge technology and client needs by providing expert technical service to national and international customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and coordinating comprehensive support concepts for systems, devices, and specialized test equipment, alongside conducting necessary training sessions for these concepts. A critical component of the role involves meticulous documentation, managing repair files, creating detailed failure statistics, and deriving effective corrective measures from data analysis. Furthermore, the manager will be responsible for leading projects and programs after the systems have exited series production. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, coupled with professional experience in technical customer support. Key technical skills required include proficiency in fault analysis for electronic devices and familiarity with support tools such as ticketing and remote maintenance software. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with a significant willingness to travel worldwide (minimum 50%).
