Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Support Specialist to join a team focused on advancing technology solutions for major IT providers. Day-to-day responsibilities center on providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level support to internal employees, especially those in the field, while acting as a crucial interface to internal departments. This includes critical tasks such as error analysis and resolution for hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices like iPhones/iPads, and printers) and various software applications, including proprietary developments. You will manage user accounts within Active Directory, install new hardware/software, and configure mobile devices using the Mobileiron MDM system. The ideal candidate must possess excellent hardware and software knowledge, initial experience in multi-level support, and a vocational qualification as an IT Specialist or equivalent. This position offers an unlimited contract and the chance to contribute actively to the evolution of the company's IT landscape.
