This role is centered on providing critical technical assistance as a 1st and 2nd Level IT Support Specialist, ensuring the smooth operation of client and server systems. Day-to-day tasks involve independently managing support tickets, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, conducting user training sessions, and actively contributing to the helpdesk knowledge base. You will act as the primary point of contact, escalating complex, unresolved issues to 3rd level support. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT System Integration and profound experience utilizing ticketing systems within an ITIL framework.
