Job Summary

This role is centered on connecting technology and expertise by managing the full lifecycle of IT projects, specifically focusing on the new development and continuous enhancement of IT systems and processes. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for comprehensive project planning, executing robust risk management strategies, and ensuring quality assurance through diligent progress control. A core function involves leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including internal and external software developers, and optimizing resource allocation across projects. Key requirements include a completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with several years of professional experience in IT project management. Candidates must demonstrate fundamental knowledge of business process management and possess strong command of project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project or JIRA. Excellent communication skills in German (C1 level) are mandatory for stakeholder alignment and documentation.
