Job Summary

This role involves managing and advancing a core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, acting as the central point of expertise for the application. The specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day support and further development of the platform, ensuring seamless operation for all users. A major component of the role is the analysis and optimization of critical business processes, translating business needs into system improvements and providing technical support to end-users. You will conduct necessary training sessions and workshops, fostering user proficiency, and coordinate closely with internal departments and external service providers to deliver integrated solutions. Key qualifications include a university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, proven professional experience in ERP system administration, and strong technical knowledge of SQL and database management.
