Job Summary

This role is for an Automotive Hardware Development Engineer responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of hardware modules, from initial design concept through to readiness for series production. Key day-to-day tasks include developing new hardware solutions, enhancing existing systems, and conducting precise measurements on power electronic assemblies and components. The engineer will also be crucial in documenting development work, applying modern quality-focused development processes, and actively contributing to continuous process optimization. Success in this position requires a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and solid professional experience in hardware development, ideally within the automotive sector. Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of digital control technology and ideally some experience with hardware testing and development tools like Mentor Graphics or Matlab/Simulink. The role offers engaging projects at innovative companies and the stability of an unlimited contract.
