Job Summary
This role involves taking responsibility for the planning and design of heating and ventilation technology systems, adhering strictly to the performance phases outlined in the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). The successful candidate will coordinate closely with subcontractors, the client, and construction management, ensuring projects stay within budget and schedule until final handover. A key part of the job is maintaining quality management standards and collaborating closely with system planners. Day-to-day tasks also include coordinating and executing maintenance, repair work, inspections, testing, and commissioning of cooling, climate control, and ventilation units and systems. Candidates should possess a degree in Building Services Engineering or a comparable qualification, professional experience in ventilation or climate technology, and familiarity with technical regulations, VOB, and HOAI. Proficiency in planning software like Trimble Nova is required, along with strong communication skills and an independent working style.
