Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager for Electrical Systems to lead the planning, preparation, and execution of complex Technical Building Equipment (TGA) projects in the electrical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership of the project team, creating detailed construction and assembly plans, and performing necessary technical calculations and designs. A key component of the role involves acting as the primary contact and negotiator for clients, authorities, and planning participants, as well as managing subcontractor selection and commissioning. Candidates must possess an engineering degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of professional and leadership experience managing TGA projects in the electrical discipline. Strong proficiency in project management, contract law, and MS Office is essential.
