Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic team focused on advancing technology by developing and optimizing cutting-edge coating solutions for demanding industrial applications. The R&D Process Engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of new coating procedures, including developing novel processes, testing new components and systems, and leading application development. A core part of the job includes the commissioning and operation of advanced Sputtering and Vapor Deposition (Aufdampfanlagen) equipment. Candidates must hold a successfully completed university degree in Natural Sciences or Process Engineering and possess specialized knowledge in coating techniques such as Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), or Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). The position requires very strong proficiency in both German and English.
