Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Location Manager, Electrical Engineering, to join a leading engineering consultancy focused on Technical Building Equipment (TGA) for major infrastructure projects in Germany. Based in Berlin, you will assume immediate technical and disciplinary leadership of a small planning team while independently managing complex electrical engineering projects. Key daily responsibilities include coordinating all stakeholders—from architects and specialist planners to authorities and subcontractors—ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality across all HOAI phases. You will be responsible for reviewing execution documents, technically evaluating bids, and ensuring compliance with all relevant norms and safety regulations. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, several years of project leadership experience, deep knowledge of high and low voltage systems planning (HOAI phases), and proven team leadership capabilities.
