Job Summary
This full-time role involves managing and advancing the municipality's digital infrastructure, focusing heavily on Document Management Systems (DMS) and e-Government initiatives. The specialist will oversee the implementation of electronic files, develop digital workflows, and coordinate interfaces between the DMS and specialized applications. Key responsibilities include providing 2nd and 3rd-level IT support, performing strategic development of the IT landscape, and optimizing IT processes. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent qualifications, coupled with strong technical knowledge of Microsoft server and client operating systems, and practical experience supporting DMS systems. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Administrative Informatics, or completed training as a Digital Economist, or completed Employee Training Course II with willingness to participate in the Administrative Information Economist program.
Experience
- Practical experience in the support and administration of DMS systems
- Practical experience in the implementation of digital workflows
- Experience with the document management software komXwork (ideally)
