The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of construction and maintenance measures, from tendering and contract management to site supervision and acting as the client representative in new development areas. A crucial part of the job involves overseeing utility work and monitoring the expansion of fiber optic networks. Candidates must possess a completed technical qualification as a Master Craftsman or Construction Technician, ideally specializing in Civil Engineering, coupled with strong expertise in German construction contract law (VOB, KVHB, EKVO).
