Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Chemical Operator to join a production team in Eilenburg, focusing on the manufacturing and handling of chemical products. Day-to-day responsibilities include the operation and monitoring of complex production plants, steering automated processes according to precise recipes and quality standards, and ensuring the accurate dosing, mixing, and filling of both raw materials and finished goods. A critical component of the job involves rigorous quality control, including sample taking, analysis, and detailed documentation of production data, all while strictly adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training as a Chemical Operator or a related field (such as a Process Mechanic or Plant Operator) coupled with proven professional experience in the chemical sector and strong technical understanding of chemical systems. The position requires willingness to work in a structured Monday-Friday 2-shift system.
