Job Summary

This role is for a motivated IT Technician to join a successful, family-run electrical company's IT system house in Cham, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of customer IT systems, including planning, installation, and expansion tailored to specific client needs. Day-to-day tasks involve maintaining and supporting customer infrastructure across critical areas such as servers, storage, cloud environments, networking, and IT security. A key part of the job is diagnosing and resolving technical faults and providing comprehensive customer support, both remotely and on-site. Candidates must have a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., as an IT Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and possess practical experience with firewalls, network management, virtualization, and client-server environments.
