Job Summary

Join a leading global MedTech company specializing in 3D-tracking technology, where you will be integral to the innovation of therapeutic and diagnostic solutions. This R&D Technician role focuses on the practical execution of mechanical development. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and evaluation of mechanical prototypes and fixtures, ensuring meticulous documentation throughout the process, including serial introduction and change management for existing parts. You will proactively select suitable off-the-shelf components and coordinate closely with suppliers, while also supporting diverse R&D tasks and occasionally assisting the hardware department with basic PCB layouts. Success in this role requires a completed advanced technical qualification, preferably in Mechanics or Electromechanics, combined with strong technical aptitude, independence, and a solution-oriented mindset. You will collaborate closely with international, interdisciplinary teams, making basic written and spoken English skills essential for effective communication.
