Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join an internationally active company, the Emsland Group, Germany's largest potato starch manufacturer. The core responsibility involves ensuring product quality through rigorous physical and chemical analyses of manufactured food products, supporting industries ranging from food to construction materials. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production, accurately acquiring and processing measurement data, maintaining the laboratory database, and performing test equipment calibration and ring tests. The ideal candidate possesses a chemical or technical educational background, foundational IT skills, and proficiency with MS Office products. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires willingness to work in a 2-shift system and on weekends.
