Job Summary

This critical leadership role requires a Technical Manager to oversee all aspects of production engineering and plant maintenance within a food manufacturing environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the disciplinary and technical leadership of the operational technology team, optimizing work organization, and managing personnel deployment. A core function is the strategic coordination of maintenance, inspection, and servicing of all machinery and plant technology, alongside managing budget responsibility for investments and costs. The manager will drive continuous optimization of production processes using methodologies like Lean Production, manage the spare parts inventory, and independently handle smaller construction projects. Success in this position requires a strong technical background, proven leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and strict adherence to technical hygiene, safety, and and fire protection regulations.
