Job Summary

This position seeks a Technical Group Leader to manage and optimize the technical operations within a highly automated, state-of-the-art logistics center in Filderstadt, Germany. This facility is currently undergoing a major expansion focused on digitalization and automation, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of intralogistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of the maintenance team, overseeing the planning and execution of maintenance, repair, and modernization projects across mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Key responsibilities also include budget planning and control for technical operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving continuous process optimization. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman certification in Mechanics or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical degree, coupled with multi-year leadership experience and expertise in automated logistics systems. Fluency in both German and English is required, alongside a proactive, hands-on mentality.
