Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site hardware and software support for clients, focusing heavily on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and configuring workstations, such as remote work setups, instructing users on new systems, managing specialized hardware (including large-format scanners and peripheral devices), and coordinating the relocation of IT components during office moves. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, professional experience in end-user support, and strong foundational knowledge of current Microsoft products and standard hardware. Specific experience with Lexmark, Ricoh, and multifunction devices is advantageous. Success in this position requires excellent German language skills, basic English proficiency, a Class B driving license, and a customer-focused, service-oriented approach.
