Job Summary

This role involves organizing and optimizing production processes for an international company specializing in personal care and cosmetic products. The Production Planner will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules, planning and coordinating manufacturing orders, and analyzing production data to ensure efficiency. A key focus is risk mitigation to prevent bottlenecks and the continuous optimization and improvement of manufacturing processes. Candidates should have a completed commercial or technical vocational training, such as a Machine and Plant Operator or Machine Technician qualification, coupled with solid experience in industrial production planning, preferably within the chemical, cosmetics, or food industries. This full-time, permanent position operates within a three-shift system and requires fluent German language skills, offering an opportunity to become a permanent part of the client's team.
