Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician to join a globally leading company specializing in home, building, and industrial electronics and automation, based in the Böblingen/Stuttgart area. The core responsibilities involve the maintenance, commissioning, and optimization of complex electrical systems, including building automation and security technology. Day-to-day tasks will include programming MSR automation systems, setting up access controls and video surveillance, performing detailed functional tests, system analyses, and troubleshooting malfunctions. A significant focus is placed on energy optimization of existing facilities while ensuring high system availability. Success in this role requires a completed education in electrical engineering or electrics, coupled with strong PC and networking knowledge. While experience in building technology (HVAC) and MSR systems (including bus integration like BACnet) is beneficial, strong communication skills and a pronounced customer service orientation are essential for handling on-site client interactions and collaborating smoothly with Project Managers.
