Job Summary
This role involves providing global technical support for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of medical technology products. The Customer Service Representative will manage the entire customer journey from initial error reports to final problem resolution, conducting detailed written and telephonic fault analyses. Key responsibilities include supporting distributors and customers worldwide, documenting test results in ERP systems, and providing instruction on device technology and maintenance procedures. The position also requires offering on-demand video support for complex issues and occasional on-site travel for in-depth analyses. Required Skills
Education
Completed electrical engineering training or an electrical engineering/related degree; alternatively, further training as a technician.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field
- Initial experience in international technical support or a similar service area
- Preferably experience with medical systems
Languages
Additional
- Driving license Class B; Occasional travel readiness.
