Job Summary

This role, based in Oberhausen with a leading global mechanical engineering provider, focuses on the maintenance, servicing, and optimization of industrial plant MSR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation) facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting fault analyses, troubleshooting MCR components, and performing commissioning and calibration of sensors, actuators, and control systems. You will also support modernization projects and meticulously document all technical measures and safety checks (VDE, BetrSichV). Key qualifications include completed vocational training in an electrical engineering discipline (Electrician, Mechatronics Technician) and several years of experience, ideally within industrial environments. Expertise in control and regulation technology, including PLC systems (such as Siemens S7/TIA Portal), and the ability to read technical schematics are essential. This position offers attractive industry bonuses, a 35-hour week in a 2-shift system, and a strong option for permanent employment with the client.
