Job Summary
This role seeks a proactive and customer-focused Field Service Technician responsible for the full lifecycle support of devices and systems. Day-to-day tasks involve the independent installation and commissioning of equipment at customer locations, providing essential operational training, and consulting clients to ensure optimal product usage. A core function is troubleshooting and executing necessary repairs, maintenance, optimizations, and system modifications. Candidates must hold the qualification of a skilled electrical worker (Elektrofachkraft) with a strong background in electronics, mechatronics, or IT systems electronics. Proficiency across mechanics, electrical engineering, software operation, and general PC use is required, alongside a reliable, flexible, and highly customer-oriented work ethic. The position is permanent, offering an attractive, market-oriented salary, a company vehicle (including private use), and focusing mainly on regional, short-term assignments (typically 1-5 days), ensuring a manageable travel schedule while working with modern technology.
Required Skills
Education
Qualified Electrician certification (Elektrofachkraft); Degree or vocational training in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Professional experience as an Electronician, Mechatronic Engineer, or IT System Electronic Engineer
- Professional experience in installing, commissioning, and servicing technical devices and systems
- Experience in fault rectification and carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance
Languages

- Valid Driving License Class B (or equivalent Class III); Willingness to travel regionally for short-term assignments (typically 1-5 days, 200-300 km radius)
