Job Summary
This role involves leading a team of 17 software developers, including apprentices, focusing on the technical and strategic evolution of traffic information systems for a company with over 30 years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire software development process, from architectural decisions and code reviews to ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions. A key aspect is the implementation of DevOps processes and close collaboration with the executive board to define long-term development strategies. This position offers significant scope for introducing new technological approaches within an innovative, international environment, supported by a stable and experienced team.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
Experience
- Experience in leading and developing software developer teams (Backend and Frontend)
- Several years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies (C#) and modern web technologies (Vue.js)
- Profound knowledge of modern software architectures, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), DevOps processes, and CI/CD
- Understanding of complex software projects with long-term development cycles
