Job Summary

This position requires an experienced AI Architect to design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures crucial for optimizing internal processes within a successful real estate investment group. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing secure AI architectures for applications such as reporting automation, ESG analytics, and portfolio management. The architect will build and integrate AI modules, including RAG systems, APIs, and Chatbots, into existing IT landscapes, often collaborating with external IT service providers. A key function involves analyzing internal workflows across departments (e.g., Compliance, Customer Service) and developing data-driven automation solutions using tools like n8n, Python, or Power Automate. The role also involves leading the internal, cross-departmental AI expert group and driving organizational change management related to new AI processes.
