Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive planning and execution of IT projects for clients, primarily in the Northwest region, encompassing remote, on-site, and in-house work. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing core IT services, including managing Microsoft Server and Client operating systems, hardware, data backup, IT security, networking, platform virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and Cloud applications (like Office 365). A key component of the job is supporting the sales team by developing concepts and proposals, performing IT inventory assessments, and creating detailed solution concepts. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent, paired with at least three years of professional experience in customer-facing IT projects. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent customer-oriented communication, and proven experience in project management and technical documentation, ensuring reliable and structured delivery of IT solutions.
