Job Summary

This role as a Technical Asset Manager involves actively shaping the energy transition by overseeing the technical assets for heating, cooling, and electricity supply. You will be responsible for ensuring these energy plants operate economically, efficiently, and sustainably throughout their entire lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include proactive maintenance and modernization management to guarantee plant availability and profitability (EBIT). A key focus will be developing and utilizing data-based analyses and technical KPIs to continuously enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. You will use your technical expertise to evaluate investment projects, derive improvement impulses for technical and economic optimization, and support strategic goals through active asset controlling and transparent reporting. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in Supply Technology or Technical Building Services and brings multi-year experience in technical asset management, preferably in energy contracting.
