Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive IT Administrator focused on maintaining and enhancing internal IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices, providing essential 1st and 2nd level support to employees. A critical component of this position involves ensuring robust data protection and information security, including implementing GDPR policies (DSGVO), managing access rights, and overseeing regular backups and security systems (firewalls, antivirus). Furthermore, the administrator will coordinate closely with external IT service providers, manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contribute technically to strategic IT projects such as migrations and audits. This position requires strong technical documentation skills and a commitment to continuous system optimization and IT emergency planning, ensuring the smooth, secure, and documented operation of all internal systems.
