Job Summary

This strategic role as a Senior IT Security and Risk Manager at DHL Group in Bonn involves driving robust IT security and compliance across strategic, cross-divisional projects. The core responsibilities include managing and coordinating all IT audit activities, representing the IT Group Function in external audits (such as CREST and EBP platforms), and consolidating findings to derive actionable recommendations. You will collaborate closely with the Group CISO to resolve compliance issues, advise business units on IT risk mitigation strategies, and prepare comprehensive annual risk reports for the Supervisory Board. Furthermore, the role involves developing and enhancing internal control systems (ICS) and ensuring sustainable compliance in strategic IT projects (e.g., PIAM, SaaS access concepts). Key qualifications include a university degree in IT, extensive professional experience in IT audit or risk management, and strong project management skills (PMP/Prince2 preferred).
