Job Summary

The Legal and Quality Assurance Advisor will join the supplementary pension division of the KVBW in Karlsruhe, focusing on complex legal and regulatory matters concerning public sector occupational pensions (BetrAVG, EStG, SGB). Daily responsibilities include analyzing fundamental legal questions, handling challenging cases like complaints and overpayments, and preparing official statements and decision templates. A core part of the role involves developing, revising, and implementing internal guidelines and procedural manuals to support case workers, ensuring high standards of quality assurance across departmental projects. Candidates must possess a degree in public administration or a comparable field, or an equivalent advanced vocational qualification, coupled with proven experience in analyzing complex, fundamental legal issues. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in higher non-technical administrative service or a comparable university degree; alternatively, completed training as an Administrative Specialist or comparable training plus completed advanced training course as an Administrative Business Economist (Verwaltungsfachwirt) or equivalent.

Experience
