Job Summary
This role involves performing nondestructive testing on molded parts, primarily using visual inspection and ultrasonic methods. The specialist will operate ultrasonic testing equipment, document results in SAP, and create detailed test reports and protocols. Key responsibilities include selecting appropriate testing methods, overseeing testing procedures, and evaluating findings. The ideal candidate will have a technical background with significant experience in mechanized ultrasonic material testing, possessing at least UT Level I certification according to DIN EN ISO 9712. Proficiency in SAP and Office applications, along with good German language skills, are essential. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education, UT Level I qualification according to DIN EN ISO 9712 (ultrasound-specific knowledge). Additional NDT qualifications are desirable.
Experience
- Several years of experience in mechanized nondestructive material testing with ultrasound
- Professional experience in operating ultrasonic testing equipment
- Experience with SAP and Office applications
