Job Summary
This role involves the detailed hardware design for vacuum technology systems using CAE tools. The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for planning electrical systems, selecting automation components, and evaluating sensor technology, alongside controlling electrical drives. A key part of the role is analyzing hardware and control requirements to create and maintain comprehensive technical machine documentation, including circuit diagrams, bills of materials, and technical information. The position also requires generating manufacturing and testing documents according to EN and UL standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to complex development projects for renowned clients in mechanical engineering, with a focus on advancing technology.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or comparable university education
Experience
- Practical programming experience for machine controls, drive technology, and automation
- Experience with CAD software for electrical design (Zuken E³.series, EPLAN, or similar)
- Experience in designing EMC-norm compliant assemblies (beneficial)
- Knowledge of CE directives (beneficial)
