Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Chemical Production Operative based in Möhnsen, focusing on the safe and efficient execution of chemical production processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating machinery according to instructions, manually handling and filling bags up to 25 kg, ensuring strict workplace cleanliness using 5S methodology, and accurately documenting production data such as samples and quantities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate physical resilience, a high degree of reliability, and be ready to work within a mandatory 3-shift system (Early, Late, Night), which includes night shift bonuses and an additional €25 meal allowance. Key requirements include basic German language skills, possession of a Class B driver's license, and a valid Health Certificate (§43 IfSG).
