Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in special purpose machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for the hardware design of custom systems using CAE software. Key tasks include planning electrical systems, selecting automation components, evaluating sensor technology, and controlling electrical drives. The role also involves analyzing hardware and control requirements, and creating and maintaining technical machine documentation such as schematics, BOMs, and technical information. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering or automation technology, practical experience in machine control programming, drive technology, and automation, and proficiency with electrical CAD software like Zuken E³.series or EPLAN.
