Job Summary
This role involves supporting the technical department within a large regional healthcare provider, focusing heavily on administrative and technical support tasks related to employee housing and facility maintenance. Key responsibilities include managing and documenting rental agreements for employee apartments, handling the leasing process, and providing support and communication to residents. Additionally, the employee will ensure the execution and documentation of all mandatory maintenance and inspections across various facilities using facility management software. The position also requires managing and maintaining the locking systems at the Landshut site, including the installation and repair of electronic fittings and cylinders. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background, strong organizational skills, excellent knowledge of Outlook and software systems, and demonstrate high levels of resilience, initiative, and customer orientation.
