Job Summary

This critical role seeks an International Business Analyst to bridge the gap between VHV International SE's foreign units and the internal IT development teams. Day-to-day responsibilities center on independently gathering, formulating, and coordinating requirements for complex IT systems, utilizing both English and German communication skills. You will be instrumental in ongoing projects, creating detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in close collaboration with international subject matter experts. Furthermore, the position involves acting as the primary IT contact, discussing and refining User Stories with the development team, and ensuring system quality by independently designing and executing comprehensive test cases and documentation. Success requires a university degree in a commercial or IT field, coupled with professional experience in business analysis, requirements management, or software testing, along with a strong affinity for IT system evolution and international collaboration within the insurance industry.
