This role as a Bioenergy and Renewable Energy Specialist involves the hands-on operation and diligent maintenance of technical energy systems critical to the company's operations. Daily responsibilities include managing the flow of agricultural products, performing essential goods receiving and dispatch controls, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all technical assets. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical or trades qualification, preferably as an Electrician, Plumber, or Mechanic, coupled with proven practical technical aptitude. Key requirements include a Class B driver’s license, a high degree of personal motivation, and the ability to work precisely and independently, while also being comfortable interacting directly with customers. This position offers a permanent, full-time contract within a small, family-oriented team environment characterized by short decision paths, performance-based compensation above the standard tariff, and active support for professional development and further training.
