Job Summary

This role requires an engaged specialist to manage internal IT processes, serve as the primary Key Account User for the company's ERP systems, and support technical project documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive IT support, prioritizing user requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing network components and IT security measures (firewalls, backups). As the ERP Key Account User, you will be the central contact point, maintaining and developing the system in collaboration with external providers, optimizing departmental processes, and conducting user training. Additionally, the role involves creating, maintaining, and managing technical project documentation, including plans, schematics, and maintenance records, and supporting project leads with document preparation for tenders and approvals. Candidates must possess an IT qualification and experience in system administration and technical documentation, coupled with strong analytical and service-oriented skills.
