Job Summary

This role as a Data Exchange Operator involves crucial work in planning, implementing, controlling, and monitoring automated data exchange processing workflows, vital for a stable healthcare system. Based in Berlin, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the overall production control system and will actively contribute to the further development of processing scripts. A key component of the role is providing Second-Level Support to internal clients regarding technical issues. Candidates must possess a completed university or technical college degree in a natural science field (such as Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics) or equivalent professional experience. Essential technical skills include solid knowledge of the IBM AIX (UNIX) operating system and proficiency in Perl and Shell programming. Ideal candidates will also have an interest in or prior experience with statutory health insurance systems.
