Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive Service Technician passionate about security technology, focusing on IT-supported solutions such as fire alarm, intruder alarm, and emergency lighting systems. The core responsibilities involve the independent maintenance and troubleshooting of these complex security installations at various client sites. You will serve as the primary contact person, instructing users on system operation and ensuring meticulous documentation and reporting are completed. Candidates should ideally possess a background as an IT System Electronics Technician, Electrician, or Electronics Technician. While practical experience in security system maintenance is beneficial, a high level of commitment and willingness to learn can compensate for missing experience.
