Job Summary

This role is for an internal Service Technician/Electronics Technician responsible for the electrical integrity of modern ready-mix concrete plants across multiple locations in the Tönisvorst/Düsseldorf region. Day-to-day tasks involve performing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work, as well as independently planning and executing preventive and condition-based maintenance activities. You will be responsible for troubleshooting system malfunctions and conducting minor mechanical repairs on-site, such as welding. A key component of the role is planning and carrying out measurements related to energy management and meticulously documenting all work results. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, proven professional experience in service technology, and strong knowledge of control technology and process automation. This position requires comfort working at heights, a high degree of independence, and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, contributing to Holcim's focus on sustainable construction and circular economy initiatives.
