Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future workforce by serving as an Electrical Engineering Instructor in Erlangen, focusing on transferring specialized knowledge to young talent. Key responsibilities include the comprehensive planning, preparation, and delivery of vocational training content, ensuring the effective transfer of high-level professional competencies and essential soft skills to learners. You will be tasked with monitoring learning progress, evaluating and designing interdisciplinary projects, and managing administrative and organizational duties related to vocational education. Candidates must possess a successfully completed specialized vocational training and several years of professional experience in the field. Essential technical expertise includes deep knowledge of DIN VDE standards, power electronics, frequency converters (such as SINAMICS G120), transformers, motors, PLC programming, and digital technology.
