This role is crucial for advancing the digitalization of the Berlin administration by serving as the IT Service and Network Access Coordinator for the Berlin State Network (BeLa). The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination of Standard Network Access (SNZ) IT services, managing annual planning, and serving as the primary organizational contact for ongoing SNZ orders. A major focus is process management, including owning the main SNZ realization process, driving continuous improvement (KVP/CSI), and supporting operational teams by handling complex escalations both internally and with customers. Key qualifications include a relevant Bachelor's degree, extensive knowledge of ITIL 4, professional experience in process optimization, network operations, and project management.
