Job Summary

This role, based in Munich for DB Zeitarbeit GmbH (the internal staffing provider for Deutsche Bahn AG), focuses on providing comprehensive IT support and infrastructure management. The specialist will deliver technical IT support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving application and system disturbances. Key daily tasks involve providing on-site support and fault clearance for end-users and production workstations directly at the Munich plant. Essential responsibilities also include hardware preparation, issuance, retrieval, and asset management, alongside handling hardware procurement and disposal through existing suppliers. The position requires strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network topics, and proven experience supporting production environments, utilizing skills in customer-facing communication and database administration, particularly with MS Access.
