Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity to join a globally leading mechanical engineering manufacturer based in Crailsheim under an unlimited contract, initially through temporary employment. The core responsibilities focus on ensuring material quality through rigorous Nondestructive Testing (NDT). Day-to-day tasks include performing component testing using Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), preparing samples for various procedures, and meticulously evaluating results against internal and external specifications. A crucial element of the job involves identifying material defects and deviations, generating comprehensive test certificates, and documenting all findings accurately. The successful candidate will actively collaborate with the Production department and Quality Management to optimize overall material quality. Key requirements include a completed vocational qualification, such as an Industrial Mechanic, with NDT certifications (MT1 and/or UT1) and SAP knowledge being highly advantageous.
