Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join the IT RDM CI Data Excellence team, focusing on enabling fast and reliable data delivery crucial for cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning use cases. The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring seamless data integration and analytics. The engineer will collaborate closely with data architects to define and evolve the overall cloud-based data architecture strategy, including data warehousing, streaming analytics, and governance frameworks. Key technical requirements include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, proficiency with the Apache ecosystem (Spark, Kafka, Airflow), and demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing AWS data services (Kinesis, Glue, S3) alongside Snowflake and dbt for robust pipeline construction.
