Job Summary

This position is for a dedicated Plant Electrician responsible for maintaining and ensuring the operational readiness of electrical systems at the Eisleben facility, a key production site for a global manufacturer of natural food and beverage ingredients. Day-to-day duties involve conducting inspections, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs on electrical plants. A critical component of the role is systematic troubleshooting during system malfunctions and ensuring rapid, sustainable resolution to minimize production downtime. The Electrician will also be involved in supporting the commissioning and acceptance testing of new installations and modifications to existing infrastructure, while strictly adhering to industrial safety and hygiene standards. Successful candidates must hold a completed electrical apprenticeship (such as Industrial Electrician or Electrical Installer) and ideally bring professional experience in plant maintenance. Flexibility for shift and weekend work is required, alongside a commitment to collaborative teamwork and independent, responsible work execution.
