Job Summary
This crucial, full-time IT Service Manager role, based within the central administration of the Archdiocese of Cologne, is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT services. The successful candidate will analyze, prioritize, and implement IT requirements, manage standard changes, and coordinate both internal teams and external partners to maintain service delivery. Key daily tasks include administering applications, providing essential 2nd-Level Support, and actively participating in projects, particularly those related to data protection and IT security. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent vocational training in System Integration combined with relevant professional experience. Expertise in IT Service Management (ITIL) is mandatory, alongside a strong analytical mindset and a focus on customer satisfaction. Required Skills
Education
